This is the service to use when you're not 100% sure the design is right. Simply “Go Naked” and reduce your prototype costs. Our naked PCB is a tracks and holes only prototype. We figure there’s no need to have an expensive prototype with soldermask, component ident and gold plating if you are just proving a concept.

When a component goes obsolete or your customer wants a small change to one area of a PCB, a naked board could be just what you need.

Go Naked continues to be one of the most successful services we have to offer and we are regularly producing more than 30 free parts per month on a five-day delivery service.

Brightwell Dispensers

Brightwell Dispensers has been a Spirit customer for more than 10 years. The Newhaven-based company manufactures washroom dispensers and electronic chemical dosing dispensers.

Despite 2009 being a recession year for many businesses, Brightwell had a very successful time, particularly due to the dispensing equipment sales for the hygiene market.

Throughout this time, Spirit Circuits has supported Brightwell in the launch of its new BrightLogic range of dishwasher and laundry dosing equipment. Working closely with Technical Manager Andy Lewis and his engineering team, we supplied “Go Naked” boards and rapid prototyping to help them achieve their goals. Andy said: “We used Spirit Circuits from a Go Naked prototype through to volume manufacture from their approved suppliers in China. They provided us with an excellent and responsive service, and we look forward to continuing this strong relationship as we release our new BrightLogic range.”

Production volumes are now being released on the BrightLogic product range, with forecast demand being very strong for 2010 and beyond. We are very keen to continue our excellent relationship and to share in Brightwell’s success in 2010.
